Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Free standard shipping is available on orders above Rs. 7,000. Delivery charges may apply to orders below this amount and will be shown at checkout.

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Tracking information may be shared after dispatch when available.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is another genuine product or delivery issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos or video so we can review the issue.

We will first try to resolve eligible cases through an exchange or replacement. If that is not possible, a refund may be provided after review.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• Items damaged, cut, washed, altered, or used by the customer are not eligible.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen and lighting settings.
