At Velmira Fashion Wear, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is any problem with the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will first try to solve the issue through an exchange or replacement.

If an exchange or replacement is not possible, we may provide a refund after checking the issue.

Please share clear pictures or videos of the problem so we can check and resolve it quickly.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is damaged, cut, washed, altered, or used by the customer.

We only accept returns or exchanges for genuine product or delivery-related issues.
